Submitting Calls

Creating your own calls is fun, and easy.

Why would you want to create your own calls?

  1. because dance is a creative art - and best as a collaborative one. We can't think of everything ourselves. Nor do we want to.
  2. name-branding for yourself, your event, your city, your country, your dance studio, your pets ...

Here are the steps you need to take to submit a call:

  1. You must be logged in as an Instructor/Caller, so please create an account on the Instructor/Caller page. Doug & the D'Amico's personally authorize each Caller account, so please bear with us as it might take 1-2 business days for your account to be activated.
  2. Get a few WCS Rueda friends together and film you call. Please try to format the call like the others on this site, but do not use any text on the screen. Upload your video on YouTube as a Private video.
  3. Submit your call in your instructor account by following the instructions.
  4. We review your call and if we really dig it, we'll download your video from youtube and brand it with the WCS Rueda Logo and text. If the quality of the video shot is too low-res to use, we'll reshoot the call here our studios in either Los Angeles, CA or Houston, TX and then upload the video for you.
